Consumer Rating makes it easier for consumers to source reliable product information and expert third-party reviews. Leveraging the power of intent marketing, AI, data-backed research, and high-quality third-party reviews, Consumer Rating has made a splash with its ability to drive traffic and conversions for its e-commerce retailer affiliates in categories such as Mattresses, Dog Food Delivery, Diet Plans, Invisible Braces, and many many more.
Consumer Rating chose Think It First to design and develop the corporate identity, media kit, banner ads, and a parent website powered by a custom WP backend running a Sage10 backbone. The website’s sophisticated infrastructure allows admins to use a large set of modular content tools and custom parameters for limitless front-end configurations and content visibility. We also helped CR develop a strategy and functionality for multivariate testing and custom personalization. This allows CR admins to tweak, test, and scale up or down the visibility of affiliate partner brands on the front end by leveraging integrations with the If/So platform and custom functionality.
TIF installed environmental monitoring systems to keep things running smoothly and alert of customer issues, traffic spikes, outages, and more.
A digital strategy for scale and flexibility
Soon after launch, the CR corporate site quickly became sustainable. We then worked with CR to develop a digital strategy for scaling the business by developing a modular, global system/platform for spinning up websites for new categories of business with minimal effort while maintaining the flexibility of individual, unique WordPress installs. Each new category CR decided to pursue became an effort in branding and theme development that maps back to a TIF-developed global system. Think it First was always open to finding a solution for our challenges.
