A partnership built on strategy
About 10 years ago, our partnership with Gelest began the right way. A set of strategy meetings pivoted into a website audit focused on 5 key areas: Accessibility, Content, Design, Marketing, and Technology. We presented our findings and recommendations to the Gelest executive team over two working days. The results compelled us to embark on a website redesign. The primary focus was to apply our audit findings to better educate and inform while providing unique ways to deliver Gelest proprietary technical information, products, and their applications.
Digital solutions with impact
As partners with Gelest, we’re able to spread our wings. We created the visual design language across their entire web presence. Helped translate deep catalogs of technical information and publications into digital libraries; cleverly embedding Gelest products to drive sales. Built a custom integration for an ERP system that manages 5000+ individual product SKUs. Developed custom WooCommerce plugins, shopping carts, molecular drawing tools, faceted Solr search, highly flexible marketing landing pages, modular content/sales tools with animated videos, and efficient form and registration workflows.
Results
Since our partnership began, we’ve grown together with Gelest. We have shepherded them through an acquisition by Mitsubishi Chemical Group. And today, our work continues with the executive team to maintain and support the Gelest digital ecosystem, optimize performance, and develop custom functionality enhancements and integrations, some using cutting-edge AI technologies.
