Located in Center City and embedded in Philadelphia’s most vibrant neighborhoods, Pearl’s numerous Rittenhouse and Washington Square properties including The Latham, The Beacon and The Harper, are designed to ensure that residents are one stop away from where they work, study or play.
Since 2013, we’ve worked with Pearl to deliver a brand experience that is consistent across both the digital and real worlds to keep the prospective tenant pipeline full and occupancy rates high. From design and development to content strategy, digital marketing and reporting, our partnership is built on trust and vision.
We first started working with Pearl to design and build a flexible, custom WordPress website that would highlight a growing roster of ambitious construction projects. This site would become the home for all properties within the Pearl portfolio and require an intricate content management system to creatively display interactive floor plans for individual units within floors of specific buildings.
From there, we helped Pearl optimize its digital marketing strategies, advising on digital ad creative, audience targeting, metrics and reporting and more.
But what we’re most proud of is how we’ve helped refine a Pearl tenant experience that spans both the digital and real-worlds. We’ve designed way-finding signage for Pearl properties, developed window graphics and environmental advertising and print materials—all while ensuring proper context and feel between digital and offline experiences.
