In business for over 15 years, MedScope America is a privately held medical alert company located in Philadelphia’s suburbs. MedScope is a family owned business that’s built their success on selling directly to customers. The challenge was to help them to see opportunity beyond current customer segments and to re-focus their efforts on building partnerships with other healthcare organizations as a value-added service.
Think it First’s approach was to maintain MedScope’s products and service oriented approach, but package their offerings in a new way, separate from their direct to consumer business. After all, selling products and monitoring services to an individual in need or a family member is an entirely different value proposition than creating and selling partnerships with large regional hospital groups and home healthcare staffing firms. Through a new visual brand language, a new website, trade show displays and print materials supporting the new sales campaign, we positioned MedScope as a value-added partner for healthcare organizations around the country.
